Sunday treats, smoothies and slushy

Its been a nice Sunday. After a nice lie-in Hana made another one of her fabulous smoothies, Strawberries, Apricot and Greek yogurt. It wasn’t exactly first thing in the morning but it was early enough n0t to have my phone to hand to take pictures.

We had a cool afternoon visiting an exhibition of swords rapiers at the Wallace Collection. It might not be everyone cup of tea but I love looking at all the medieval and renaissance weaponry, learning how it was crafted. When I saw you could try some of the armour on I had to give it a try.

Oh dear!

Wandering around the streets close to the Wallace collection we found a nice little North African restaurant. The menu looked lovely and as we had not eaten yet we popped in and had a nice meal.

When we got back home there was still time for a good old fashioned orange juice slushy! Yum. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday. A big thank you to Hana for the Smoothie and the slushy and making it a lovely Sunday.
